Based in Toulouse, France, Éric Barrau brings over 20 years of experience in real estate, combined with an extensive background in luxury retail, business development, and client relations.

Before entering the real estate industry, Éric spent nearly 15 years in the fashion and premium footwear sector, including a decade representing Paraboot, the renowned French footwear brand. Managing extensive sales territories throughout France, he developed strong expertise in brand representation, commercial partnerships, and long-term client relationships.

His participation in international trade shows in Paris, together with his passion for travel and discovering different cultures, particularly in Asia, helped shape his international outlook and appreciation for meaningful human connections.

Building on this experience, Éric transitioned into real estate over two decades ago, developing expertise in residential properties, luxury real estate, new developments, and property investment.

Today, as part of Nest Seekers International, he focuses on Toulouse, southwestern France, and select opportunities throughout the country, while leveraging the strength of an international network to connect clients, properties, and investment opportunities.
